Refund policy

Bailiwick Studio always strives to provide the best quality products and service to our customers. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we consider the resolution to be a part of your shopping experience, and want to make it as easy as possible. Please see below for our return and refund policy:

- No returns will be offered after 14 days from purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase past the 14-day mark, please reach out to us and we will discuss the best options ensure you are a happy, returning customer. In most cases a replacement item will be offered, or store credit.

- Only regular priced items (at the time of purchase) may be refunded or considered for store credit/replacements; unfortunately marked on sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

- Our products are made one at a time, and all by hand. Due to this process, it is normal and expected that there may be some natural variations with the wax as it cools for each candle. Returns will not be offered for natural variations to the candles, such as small bubbles or wick placement. Considerable defects will be reviewed and addressed as quickly as possible. In most cases a replacement item will be offered, or store credit.
